Virginya first approached our venue Wild Canary in its infancy. At the time unhappy with the options of providores available from the Brisbane Markets, we were drawn in by her enthusiasm and energy. Coupled with being a local small business, we started using her company to provide fruit and vegetables to our restaurant. No honeymoon period elapsed and the produce supplied has been equal or better in quality to others out there.
Virginya has grown with our restaurant and without her we would not be the venue we are supporting and buying local. She provides a link directly from farmer, either intercepting produce and keeping costs down like providing logistical solutions to sourcing local.
